November 15, 2014, Shanghai —— Hilong recently completed ultrasonic internal inspection for 25 kilometers of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) 12-inch diameter offshore pipelines. This initial ultrasonic internal inspection project for Shanghai CNOOC has won an outstanding track record for Hilong Shenglong Petroleum Pipeline Inspection Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shenglong Inspection”), further establishing the foundation for the company’s internal inspection business.
The tested CNOOC offshore pipelines are located in the East China Sea. Shenglong Inspection, in face of adverse weather conditions and other challenges, utilized advanced ultrasonic testing technology to achieve project objectives and obtain complete high-quality inspection data.
