Established in August 2005, Hilong Drill Pipe (Wuxi) Co., Ltd. is the first drill pipe and drilling tool manufacturer of Hilong Group of Companies. It specializes in production of such products as drill pipe tool joints, heavy weight drill pipe tool joints and special drill pipe tool joints.
As a modern specialized petroleum drill pipe tool joint manufacturer, the Company boasts industry-leading equipment and technology for production, processing, inspection and so on and an advanced drill pipe tool joint production line with sound technical process, including: multi-way hydraulic forge production line, IPSEN push-rod continuous furnace heat processing production line, CNC high-efficient thread processing lathes for processing various special threads, etc. Key products of the Company include API-standard steel-grade drill pipe tool joints in the types of E, X, G and S, with size specifications ranging from 2-3/8" to 6-5/8" general tool joints and also covering special-purpose drill pipe tool joints independently developed by the Company, such as those with sour services, arctic service double shoulders, special thread, etc. In compliance with ISO9001 and API Q1 quality management system, the Company adheres to the management tenet of "quality first, users foremost".
